Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026. By purchasing, downloading, or using GhostXStack prompts, code templates, or digital assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Goods & Delivery

GhostXStack provides digital intellectual property delivered via electronic means (Notion workspace duplicates, download links, and script files). Delivery occurs automatically upon confirmation of payment by our processing partners (Gumroad, Razorpay, or Lemon Squeezy).

2. Intellectual Property & License Grants

All proprietary prompts, mathematical easing formulas, system instructions, and design frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of GhostXStack. Your purchase conveys a non-exclusive license corresponding to your selected tier (Personal License for L0–L2; Commercial Client License for L3 Pro). You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share raw prompt text or template packages as a competing digital product.

3. AI Model Outputs & Third-Party Platforms

GhostXStack prompts are designed for Claude 3.7 Sonnet and Adobe Creative Cloud. We do not control Anthropic's server availability, model deprecations, or pricing policies. We provide ongoing prompt optimizations for newer models directly in the Notion Vault.
