1. Our Guarantee Standard

We stand behind the mathematical rigor of our Hallucination-Resistant framework. If you follow the included setup guides and find that the prompts fail to generate the motion outputs demonstrated on our site, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Simply email support@ghostxstack.com or message us on Instagram (@ghostxstack) within 7 calendar days of your transaction. Please include:

Your order or transaction receipt ID (from Gumroad, Razorpay, or Lemon Squeezy).
A brief description or screenshot of the output issue you encountered so our engineering team can improve the prompt.

3. Processing Timelines

Refund requests are reviewed and initiated within 24–48 hours. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, funds typically appear back in your account within 3–7 business days.
